Delivery Information

Delivery

For all orders, please allow up to three working days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays that have been caused by the courier or events outside of their control. We offer complimentary delivery on all items purchased through our website. We will typically send your order to you via:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed if the order value is less than £4,999
  • Fed Ex Special Delivery if the order value is over £5,000.

High value orders may be subject to further security checks, which could delay when your order is shipped.

Your order will be shipped to the billing address matching the payment card you used. You will be required to sign for the receipt of the items at the delivery address. If no one is in to sign for the item(s), you may be required to collect them from your local delivery office. You should not sign for or accept any parcels that have been damaged or tampered with.

The purchased items are your responsibility from the time the items are delivered to you. This is extended to us not being liable if you fail to provide us with the correct address.

 

Click and Collect

You have the option to collect your order from the following stores:

  • 127 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6RD
  • 78 Old Brompton Road, London, SW7 3LQ
  • 199 Edgware Road, London, W2 1ES
  • 88 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1DH

Click and collect is available on all orders. Collection is available from the following working day after 12pm. On Saturday, click and collection is only available in the Old Brompton Road and Edgware Road stores. Please enter this into the notes when ordering or contact our customer service team.

On collection, you must provide a valid form of ID (Driving Licence or Passport) with the proof of purchase receipt.

If you don’t collect your order from the store you selected within 7 days of the collection date, then your order may be cancelled.

The purchased item(s) are your responsibility from the time you collect them from us.
